Command Details

/summarize_selection

Purpose: Analyze selected data and highlight key findings or anomalies Usage:
  1. Select data range
  2. Type /summarize_selection
  3. Press Enter
Output: Statistical summary, patterns, outliers, recommendations Keywords: summary, analyze, inspect, review

/format

Purpose: Apply professional formatting automatically Usage:
  1. Select range to format
  2. Type /format
  3. Press Enter
  4. Approve formatting changes
Output: Consistent styling, header emphasis, aligned data Keywords: style, beautify, clean, tidy

/clean_up_data

Purpose: Find and fix data quality issues Usage:
  1. Select data to clean
  2. Type /clean_up_data
  3. Press Enter
  4. Review and approve fixes
Finds: Duplicates, inconsistencies, missing values, formatting issues Keywords: fix, repair, validate, clean

/generate_chart_plan

Purpose: Recommend best chart types for data visualization Usage:
  1. Select data for charting
  2. Type /generate_chart_plan
  3. Press Enter
Output: Chart type recommendations with rationale Keywords: chart, visualize, graph, plot

/formula_help

Purpose: Explain or troubleshoot formulas Usage:
  1. Select cell with formula
  2. Type /formula_help
  3. Enter your question
  4. Press Enter
Input Examples:
  • “Why is this returning #VALUE?”
  • “Explain this formula”
  • “How can I make this calculate correctly?”

/meeting_notes

Purpose: Convert text into structured meeting notes with action items Usage:
  1. Select meeting notes text
  2. Type /meeting_notes
  3. Press Enter
Output: Formatted notes, extracted action items, identified owners Keywords: notes, minutes, actions, meeting

/auto_fill

Purpose: Fill blank labels by learning from existing data patterns Usage:
  1. Select data with some labels
  2. Type /auto_fill
  3. Describe the pattern
  4. Review fills (≥90% confidence)
  5. Approve
Input Examples:
  • “Fill Category based on Product Description”
  • “Classify transactions by type”
Keywords: fill, complete, categorize, label

/classify

Purpose: Classify rows using accounting rules (Buchungstext, Reason, Category) Usage:
  1. Select transaction data
  2. Type /classify
  3. Specify classification rules
  4. Review classifications
  5. Approve
Requirements: Accounting data structure Keywords: classify, categorize, accounting, transactions

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Type /: Open command palette
  • Arrow keys: Navigate commands
  • Type to search: Filter by keyword
