X21 can process attached documents and images, extracting data and insights to use with your Excel workbooks.

Supported File Types

PDFs

  • Limit: Up to 100 pages total per request
  • Use cases: Invoices, reports, forms, statements
  • Capabilities: Text extraction, data analysis, comparison

Images

  • Formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, WEBM
  • Use cases: Screenshots, charts, diagrams, scanned documents
  • Capabilities: Visual analysis, chart reading, OCR

How to Attach Files

Drag and Drop

  1. Drag file from file explorer
  2. Drop onto input area
  3. File chip appears showing name and size

Click to Browse

  1. Click paperclip icon
  2. Select file from dialog
  3. File attaches to message

Paste from Clipboard

  1. Copy file or image
  2. Paste into input area (Ctrl+V)
  3. Attachment appears
